    Description
    Private Client National Service Line
    Permanent, full time role based in any of our regional offices

    We are looking for a Trust Manager to assist the management of trusts across our Private Client National Service Line.

    tax planning advice regarding all aspects of trusts
    inheritance tax calculations
    management and administration of complex trusts to include maintenance and preparation of all related accounting records and HMRC returns
    FATCA/CRS/Trust Register reporting
    In addition, you will support and assist the Senior Trust Managers to supervise a team of trust administrators.

    The Trust team provide trust administration support to the wider private client team whose work involves will drafting, estate planning, complex tax planning, trusts and estate administration, preparation of lasting powers of attorney, charity advice and administration on behalf of a range of private clients, trustees and charities.

    Good academics
    Solid previous experience of preparing sets of trust accounts
    Excellent written, clear and concise English
    Knowledge CCH software package

    Reporting to principal associate, Sarah Wood, you will be part of a dedicated trust administrative team which is part of our wider Private Client National Service Line.

    This is headed up by Chris Belcher, and supported by a professional support lawyer.

    The Firm has a strong sector focus with expertise in agriculture, charities, education, food and beverage, health, insurance, private wealth, real estate investment, sport and technology.

    Clients include businesses from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners, universities, colleges and education bodies and over 100 healthcare organisations.
