    CareTutor is a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence and the UK's leading provider of interactive, video-based eLearning for the Social Care, Health Care, and Childcare sectors.

    Our blend of professionally filmed live-action and interactive animation courses support thousands of care workers in their path to meet CQC and Ofsted requirements and provide care effectively.

    CareTutor offers flexible eLearning packages and professionally developed training to ensure the highest level of person-centered care in compliance with the latest regulations and guidance.

    This is a full-time role for an Account Manager located in Chiswick, West London.

    The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, developing and executing growth strategies, analysing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer service and achieve sales targets.

    Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
    Strong organisational and project management skills
    Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field
    Proficient with Hubspot or similar CRM software
    Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
