    Join our dynamic team and embark on a transformative 12 month internship experience in our Accounts Payable department.

    Ensuring Financial Accuracy:

    Delve into the world of Travel and Entertainment (T&E) expenses, meticulously reviewing submissions for compliance with company policies and guidelines.

    Your keen eye for detail will contribute to the accuracy of our financial records.

    Navigating the General Ledger:

    Embark on a journey of updating General Ledger (GL) coding for T&E expenses, a crucial step in ensuring precise allocation and facilitating accurate financial reporting.


    Crafting Vendor Relationships:
    Be the catalyst for onboarding new vendors by initiating Service Now requests. Dive into the intricacies of tax compliance as you request W-9 or W-8 forms through DocuSign. Step into the role of a customer service virtuoso, engaging with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.


    Special Projects Co-Creator:

    Collaborate with the accounts payable team on special projects, infusing your unique perspective into process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

    Some office experience preferred.
    ~ Efficiencywith Microsoft Excel and Word.
    ~ 10key by touch andaccurate typing skills.
    ~ The pay range for this position is $13-16 / hour depending on experience.
