- Monthly production allocation, inventory management, minimising aging stock.
- Annual and quarterly Retailer marketing plans aligned to deliver sales and order objectives.
- Regular sales performance reviews and action planning to ensuring all major Regional sales KPIs are delivered
- Sales funnel management, ensuring sufficient investment / activity to deliver order take objectives.
- Showroom standards implemented consistently across all Retailers.
- Active involvement in Regional Network representation planning and execution working with Hyundai Network team.
- New Retailer setup and launch management.
- Retailer Balance Scorecard review and action planning to identify opportunities and development areas.
- Working with Retailers and finance partners developing finance penetration and renewals.
- Supporting Retailers to ensure successful launch of new models.
- Act as escalation point and work with Retailers and Hyundai HQ to support on all customer issues.
- Identify barriers to success, develop and implement countermeasures to deliver objectives.
- Annual Retailer volume allocation, and ASO sales performance and weekly forecasting accuracy
