    YOUR ROLE

    We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you'll be pivotal in identifying and engaging with potential brand partners for a range of our sports property relationships. Your primary responsibilities will be to utilise the available tools and your own research to create valuable target lists of brands and manage a sophisticated outreach program to generate high-quality leads. The role will also involve aspects of client management as well as building affiliate and marketing partnerships by utilizing similar techniques.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH


    Essential sales skills: Utilising industry insight tools and CRM to create target lists of

    brands for sponsorship rights assets.


    Sales programme management: Implementing a well-designed outreach program with

    compelling communications to capture the attention of potential brand partners.


    Insight and reporting: Analysing engagement metrics and using insights to report

    internally and optimising follow-up strategies.


    Teamwork: Collaborating closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover

    and maintaining clear communication.


    Partnership development: Forging new relationships with partners that support our

    client commercial objectives and developing mutually beneficial campaigns together.


    Client management: Attending and leading relevant client meetings and reporting

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING (E = Essential D = Desirable)


    • 2-5 years of experience with a proven sales / business development background. (D)


    • A strong understanding of brand marketing and sponsorship. (D)


    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content. (E)


    • Interest in technology and sports. (D)


    • Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills. (E)


    • Goal-oriented and highly motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (E)


    • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and Microsoft Suite (E)

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Lead client projects: Lead a wide range of client projects ranging from sponsorship valuation, technology roadmap recommendations, commercialising a sports team's international rights and building commercial strategies for new innovation projects for a team or league
    • Client management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, manage project requirements, and deliver recommendations based on data insights
    • Project management: Demonstrate strong organization skills to manage tasks across multiple projects, prioritize workflow, and meet client deliverables
    • Strategy consulting: Collaborate with team members on data strategies, critical thinking, and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement
    • Business development: Develop new business opportunities from new and existing clients
    • Sponsorship: Support development of new sponsorship narratives and innovative propositions in the market

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING (E = Essential D = Desirable)

    • Senior Consultant: 5 years of experience with proven consulting background (D)
    • Consultant: 3 years of experience with proven consulting background (D)
    • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, create models, and extract actionable insights (E)
    • A strong understanding of brand marketing and the ability to combine creativity and data to generate new outcomes our clients (D)
    • Knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and financial modelling (D)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations (E)
    • Proven business development experience with existing relationships in sport preferable (D)
    • Interest in technology and sports (D)
    • Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills (E)
