About the Role
We have a wonderful opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our IT Systems team. You will work on implementing & supporting various applications & systems within the business, handling incidents and problems related to 3rd party applications like Student records system, Finance system, and Human Resources system.
Additionally, you will provide support for in-house developed applications, and help introduce new applications and tools as the business evolves. These projects require strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
