    Our core markets are Heavy Civil Construction, Commercial and Residential Construction, Construction Materials, Renewable Energy and Advanced Tech.

    As an Executive Search Consultant in one of our core markets, you will be tasked with establishing and building relationships with new clients, and placing talented candidates into new positions.

    Meeting clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments - Many of our clients are based abroad (America, Europe etc.), so international travel is a strong possibility.

    Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
    Building cutting-edge databases to continue to position Imperium Global as a market leader in your specialist sector.
    Your Career Progression

    Through this method, Imperium Global have developed a clear career progression pathway from entry level through to Managing Director.

    For those who evidence extremely high levels of performance, this can be achieved in under 5 years.
    Internal Training Academy

    Imperium Global run a bespoke internal training academy. This is led by our internal Learning and Development team (combined 60 years in recruitment).

    After 5 weeks of training, new Consultants will be in a position to be a 360 degree Consultant, with the ability to form new client relationships in their market, and place multiple candidates immediately.

    Once the training programme is completed, Imperium Global run weekly internal training sessions to ensure everyone in the business continues to learn and grow.
