    About Colcap UK:


    ColCap UK offers prime Buy To Let (BTL) mortgages through its subsidiary, Molo, targeting Expat, domestic and Non-UK resident borrowers.

    Coupled with portfolio acquisition and additional forward flow agreements across property lending,
    ColCap is solidifying its position as a specialist lender in the UK.
    Similar to ColCap Financial, mortgages are funded through warehouse funding with intention to access the UK RMBS capital market.

    About the role :

    This role is instrumental in ensuring that the ColCap UK mortgage portfolio is serviced in accordance with the agreed Policies and Procedures and that ColCap UK achieves its aims of managing a profitable mortgage portfolio, providing superior customer service and appropriately supporting its customers who may experience financial difficulties.


    The role holder will be required to keep abreast of UK regulation with respect to mortgages and, in particular mortgage arrears.

    Given the role has a direct influence on the treatment of customers, it is essential that the role holder understands that their behaviour and actions contribute to the customer experience which at all times aims to be superior and customer focussed.

    In relation to the Consumer Duty requirements, this role will have a direct involvement in ensuring that those obligations are discharged appropriately in the management of the customer portfolio through the UK servicing team across the UK and Manilla.


    Working with the UK servicing team in Manilla, and the wider ColCap team in Australia, the individual is responsible for maintaining day-to-day relationships with the service provider; being a point of referral for queries and decisions on individual case referrals, subject to approved mandates.

    This may include direct contact with UK customers.


    The role holder will provide input into the servicing policies, ensuring they are maintained and kept up to date with prevailing UK laws and regulations.

    Any changes to policies will be approved through the ColCap governance structure and the role holder will work with the Director of Servicing and the Manilla UK servicing operation to update operational procedures to match the revised policy.


    In addition, the role holder will carry out oversight activities across the Manilla UK servicing operation to ensure servicing activities are being carried out in accordance with the agreed policy.

    These will take the form of an agreed set of first line monitoring reviews and the maintenance of regular MI reporting to determine the operations' performance levels.

    The individual may also be involved in group wide servicing projects from time to time.


    Role responsibilities:
    Day to Day point of contact for the Manilla UK servicing team
    Management and resolution of UK servicing referrals, including complaints
    Ownership of UK Servicing Policies
    First Line oversight of Manilla UK servicing team
    Project activity for ColCap Group as required
