Objectives of thisRole

Establish positioningidentify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specificobjectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs fromstart to finish leveraging internal support and drivingcollaboration
Analyze customer insightsconsumer trends market analysis and marketing best practices tobuild successful strategies
Create maintain andconduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extractkey insights for future campaign development and gotomarketstrategies complete with formal proposals and recommendations ontactics
Partner with email performancemarketing and web teams to design test and evolve lead nurturingtactics.

Daily and MonthlyResponsibilities

Working inpartnership with the creative team develop creative briefs andguide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising andpublicfacing communications including print digital and videoassets
Conceptualize and execute onmultichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycleensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across allchannels
Manage contentand updates for customer and internal touch points establishingbudget guidelines participating in events documenting businessprocesses and providing additional sales support
Gather customer and market insights to informoutreach strategies increase customer conversions and generate morequalified leads
Identify effectiveness andimpact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysisand optimize accordingly
Present ideas andfinal deliverables to internal and external teams and communicatewith senior leaders about marketing programs strategies and budgets

Skills andQualifications

Bachelorsdegree in marketing business or related field
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
Proven experience developing marketingplans and campaigns
Strong content writingskills with an ability to ensure content is onbrand and engaging ofits target audience
Strong project managementmultitasking and decisionmaking skills
Metricsdriven marketingmind with eye for creativity
Experience withHubSpot marketing automation and CRM tools

PreferredQualifications

Mastersdegree a plus
Proven proficiency with onlinemarketing and social media strategy
Proven experiencesuccessfully utilising interactive applications and networkingplatforms
