- Currently working for a respected Traditional Fit-Out business. Alternately, working for a Top Tier Main Contractor within the Commercial Fit Out Division (CAT A and CAT B)
- Experience of acting as a commercial lead on Commercial/Office Fit Out projects £10 Million +
- Must have experience of commercially managing Cut & Carve projects and understand structures/ cladding and external works
- Experience of building strong relationships with supply chains
- Experience interfacing with clients and their professional teams to build professional relationships

Description
Shore Executive have been assigned on behalf of an established Main Contractor to appoint a Commercial Director. This position will commercially lead their Major Projects Commercial / Office Division with a responsibility for projects ranging from £10 - £30 Million +.
This is a distinctive opportunity which will enable you to run your divisions autonomously, whilst being supported by a talented and dedicated leadership team. As well as your commercial responsibilities, you will work with the MD to grow headcount and generate opportunities through relationships with both your existing and current professional relationships.
