- Providing management information to key stakeholders to demonstrate the progress of the recruitment function.
- Seek creative ways of building and enhancing the Global employee value proposition.
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver an industry leading recruitment experience for all who explore career opportunities within the business.
- Ideally you'll posss a mix of both recruitment agency and in-house recruitment roles.
- Demonstrable experience of reducing recruitment agency spend.
- Demonstrable experience of enhancing the profile of the recruitment function and Company EVP.
- Proven ability to influence, coach and persuade hiring managers to your way of thinking.
- High emotional intelligence, drive, attention to detail, urgency.
- Proven experience of managing, leading and motivating a team.

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting this global events and venue management company in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager as they embark on an exciting and ambitious period of growth.
Working as part of the UK HR team, this is a newly created role where you'll have the chance to make your mark from day one on the creation and execution of an in-house Talent strategy for both permanent and casual recruitment.
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment for the UK business and leading the implementation of a new cutting-edge ATS system revolutionising the recruitment process for the better.
Excitingly you'll also be heading up a new recruitment team who will manage the day to recruitment, responsible for their performance and development and together you'll work to reduce the reliance on agencies and effectively reducing costs and improving the candidate experience.
