    Description

    This role seeks an experienced Insurance lawyer to work as a Professional Support Lawyer supporting our client's market leading insurance legal team.

    Our client is a globally recognised law firm with a market-leading insurance legal practice.

    Description

    As an Insurance Professional Support Lawyer you will be responsible for:

    • Monitoring legal developments, legal trends and regulatory changes, analysing key impacts, and communicating this to the Group.
    • Developing training and presentation materials (including e-learning modules) and delivering training
    • Assessing and developing best practice guidelines to support the different stages of the Group's work, in conjunction with the Group partners.
    • Promoting the contribution of know-how, and instigating processes to maximise contributions (including attendance at Group meetings, regular Group reminders, end of matter de-briefs etc.)

    Profile

    A successful Insurance Professional Support Lawyer should have:

    • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
    • Experience as a practising lawyer or knowledge lawyer, with direct involvement in insurance coverage advice.
    • Confidence to communicate and present well to a range of professionals, including senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent time management and organising skills.
