    Description


    My client is looking for a proven Account Manager / Business Developer who is fluent in both Spanish and English to support them of their next phase of growth.

    Based from their office in North Bedfordshire, you will become an integral member of their vibrant sales team. You will be responsible for generating and identifying new business leads and opportunities in Spain, converting these into sales. This will involve taking a solution-based approach to selling products and services from across the company's portfolio.

    Key responsibilitiesorganisations and decision makers across a range of online and offline channels, including social media, competitor websites and trade publications in order to identify new leads and potential markets for products and servicesneeds analyses of potential customers to develop product and service solutionspotential customers via telephone, email and social media to introduce the company, set-up meetings where required and establish a rapportmanage new customers secured to ensure repeat purchasedirect marketing activities such as emails and mailings to generate salesmarketing campaigns and incoming enquiries in a timely manner to maximise sales potentialand attend useful networking events to generate new sales and leadsclients to inform them about new developments in the company's product and services portfoliosales pitches, proposals, and presentationswith the procurement team to generate quotes for customerswith the fulfilment team to ensure stock products are delivered accordingly and to keep yourself abreast of new product developmentswith the marketing team to develop lead opportunities from campaignsabreast with industry and competitor marketing and sales activities Make recommendations for incentives, objection handling and marketing activities to the team to assist in maximising closing and lead generationproducts are delivered to specification, on time and meet customer expectationscustomer research and customer satisfaction surveysexhibitions generating leads and follow these up post eventand maintain the company's CRM system, databases and other internal systemsKey Skillsin Spanish and EnglishBusiness development experiences, ideally B2Bcommunications skills - verbal and writtento work to and ideally exceed targetsmotivated with excellent time management skillsin negotiation, judgment, and decision-makingliterate - MS Office and CRM systemsnumerical skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a company who truly value their employees.
