    Job Position: Technical Delivery Manager

    Location: Leeds

Technical Delivery Managers play a crucial role in ensuring that the products we deliver meet the expected standards and are seamlessly integrated into the bank's ecosystem.

    This role is situated within the Stockbroking Lab, which is responsible for supporting Halifax Share Dealing LTD (HSDL). The lab comprises six teams focused on various initiatives from inception to production. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will assist the Lab and these teams by collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and team members to ensure successful change delivery for excellent customer results.

    The role of a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) involves coordinating and integrating the delivery of technical components that require engagement across multiple Labs within Lloyds Banking Group and external partners. Your responsibilities include leading delivery teams, ensuring Change Management excellence, planning, managing finances, and delivering value. As a forward-thinking TDM, you will lead by example, actively seek growth opportunities, foster learning environments, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability. You will also be responsible for selecting appropriate tools and methods for change delivery and fostering relationships for continuous improvement.

    • Utilizing technical expertise to develop technical integration sequences in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
    • Managing technology dependencies and integration events between the lab and other teams.
    • Coordinating implementation events across shared infrastructure and guiding the overall integration process.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate delivery and ensure smooth integration.
    • Identifying and resolving delivery blockers by monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Acting as a bridge between 3rd-party suppliers and key business stakeholders.
    • Overseeing high-risk implementations requiring multi-party integration.
    • Providing governance expertise for change activities across multiple labs.
    • Enabling technology risk and control enhancements.

    Your Profile

    • Demonstrated expertise in change delivery across large organizations.
    • Proficiency in managing project risks, issues, and budget through the lifecycle.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile tools and experience optimizing day-to-day delivery management.
    • Solid background in technology understanding and principles.
    • Ability to manage stakeholders, including senior leaders, and communicate effectively.
