- Previous experience in a Logistics management role, or operational management and leadership.
- Commercial acumen, and a strong understanding of analytics – demonstrated experience in driving business KPIs, staff planning and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated experience in leading/ managing team discussions that centre on performance improvement and/or performance management.
- Passion for supporting, connecting and communicating with challenging customers and the achievement of positive resolutions.
- Relationship management skills – demonstrated experience working with multiple Managers and Departments, whilst navigating complex information to find solutions.
- Strong/perfect written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to problem-solve, influence and make considered and efficient decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Experience and understanding of using systems and processes to improve efficiencies and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with Distribution management systems and databases (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Strong sense of initiative and a positive proactive nature.
- Respect for the ideals of BoConcept, and the rich manner in which the brand conveys its products, people and design.
