    Reporting to the VP - Central FP&A, and working with other members of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial systems utilized within the FP&A department.

    Your role will involve ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of these systems to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.

    You will collaborate closely with the FP&A team, accounting team, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to optimize the use of financial systems to meet the organization's strategic objectives.


    Financial Systems Management :
    Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the financial systems.
    Implement best practices and processes to streamline financial operations and reporting.
    Working with accounting team to ensure full reconciliation and understanding of actuals data
    System Enhancements, Automation and Integration:
    Evaluate and onboard new technologies or tools to optimize financial planning and analysis processes.

    Drive automation from raw data to insights generation in various FP&A cycles and ad hoc analysis using cutting edge technologies.


    Data Management and Governance:
    Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
    Define data structures, hierarchies, and classifications to support financial reporting and analysis requirements.
    Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and data dictionaries.

    Collaborate with FP&A and Data Office team to design and generate financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using system data.

    Support management in understanding and interpreting financial data to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
    Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial information to management

    User Support and Training:
    Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective utilization of financial systems across the organization.
    Act as a liaison between FP&A, IT, and external contractors for system-related issues and enhancements.
    Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field. Proven experience, 3+ years, in a previous financial systems role, preferably within an FP&A/accounting function within a multinational business.
    Strong knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.

    Proficiency in using financial systems and tools, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), BI (Business Intelligence) platforms, and Microsoft programs.

    Experience with RPA (robotic process automation), Python scripts and/or Visual Basic is a clear advantage
    Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
    Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in financial systems and FP&A practices
    Fluent in English (written and spoken).
