    The Opportunity


    Embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Representative with Aggregate Industries We're seeking an energetic individual to join our Surfacing Solutions team in Coalville and lead the charge in identifying new leads, fostering client relationships, and showcasing our extensive product portfolio.

    Achieve sales targets and overarching business objectives by cultivating and maintaining robust business relationships and acquiring comprehensive market knowledge within an assigned territory.

    Enhance the visibility and reputation of Aggregate Industries within the designated sales territory and among key accounts.

    Proactively identify, pursue, and secure promising business prospects within the designated territory.


    Identify, manage, and monitor all opportunities within a specified geographic margin centre, adhering to the territory plan, while fostering connections with prospective clients.

    Gather and analyse market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and align actions with commercial policies.

    Actively promote the full product range to all clients through cross-promotion strategies.

    Provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs sourced from both internal and external channels.
