    ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - MARKET RESEARCH

    LONDON

    UP TO £60,000

    We're partnering with a leading market research firm dedicated to uncovering insights that drive impactful marketing decisions. We're looking for an Associate Director to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth and team development.

    THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As an Associate Director, you'll focus on consultative client interactions, business development, and team leadership. You'll lead large-scale projects, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to new business initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Leading large projects independently, ensuring profitability and quality
    • Manage project teams and oversee deliverables, and present findings to clients and manage stakeholder relationships
    • Utilize quantitative research skills and analytical tools effectively
    • Prepare research debriefs and deliver compelling narratives
    • Advocate for data-driven decision-making and process improvements
    • Mentor colleagues and promote their professional development
    • Participate in new business discussions and contribute to strategic planning
    • Lead new business initiatives and demonstrate business acumen

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    The Associate Director will have the following skills and experience:

    • Vast experience in end to end quantitative market research, from design, analysis and reporting
    • Have working knowledge of techniques like Max Diff, Conjoint Analysis and Segmentations
    • Strong client-facing and presenting ability
    • Mentoring experience
    • International or multi-market experience beneficial

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:
