    Description

    The Advocate Group is exclusively partnered with one of the nation's favourite confectionery brands, who are looking for an R&D PM to backfill an internal promotion. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of improving the formula and packaging of some of the most popular sweet treats in the market.

    Based out of Alfreton, this role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days spent on-site in the state-of-the-art lab facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver NPD projects from inception to launch
    • Lead the project team, including 4 direct reports
    • Provide updates and performance insights to internal stakeholders
    • Act as Project Manager for crucial category projects

    Ideal person:

    • Highly experienced in R&D transformation projects
    • Research specific experience in either food or packaging
    • Proven track record in managing teams
    • Robust expertise in product development aligned with brand strategies
    • Excellent communication to work closely with multiple internal teams
