    Silvaco solutions span from atoms to systems:

    starting with simulation of material behavior impacting semiconductor devices, to design and analysis of transistor circuits, and lastly providing IP blocks for systems-on-chip (SoC) designs.

    Our solutions are deployed in production flows across broad industry segments such as leading display companies, automotive OEM suppliers, and top Memory, 5G, and IoT (internet of things) providers.

    We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, based in the United Kingdom, with a focus on supporting HR initiatives and strategies across our European operations.

    The HRBP will collaborate with regional leaders and local HR teams to ensure alignment with company goals while considering country-specific regulations and cultural nuances.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a deep understanding of European employment laws, and the ability to navigate complexities in a multinational setting.

    Partner with regional and local leaders across Europe to develop and implement HR strategies consistent with the company's objectives and cultural context.

    Provide guidance and support to local HR teams in various European countries, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws, policies, and best practices.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to drive talent acquisition efforts, emphasizing diverse and inclusive recruitment practices to attract top talent across Europe.

    Lead or contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and succession planning on a European scale.

    Analyze HR metrics and regional trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

    Stay updated on European employment legislation changes and advise on necessary adjustments to policies and practices to ensure compliance.

    Support company-wide initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion across European offices.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) preferred.
    Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a multinational environment.

    In-depth knowledge of European employment laws, regulations, and HR practices, with the ability to navigate complexities across multiple countries.

    Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
    Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR-related tools/software.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
