Housing Team Leader – Newham Renewal Programme
Lead a team dedicated to providing life-changing support to individuals experiencing homelessness in Newham.
Ensure their needs are identified, assessed, and that appropriate support enables clients to make positive changes, achieve housing stability, and progress towards fully independent living.
Income and Tenancy Management:
Maximize rental income and ensure clients are proactively supported to meet and sustain their tenancy obligations as they prepare for fully independent living.
Collaborative, Outcomes-Driven Approach:
Work proactively with staff to develop and meet the needs of local commissioners and stakeholders
Client-Focused Outcomes:
Ensure services support clients in meeting their desired goals and aspirations, empowering them to overcome homelessness and achieve long-term stability.
Experience managing a team within a supported housing service.Specific knowledge of housing-related financial management.
Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Competitive salary range of £33,500 to £37,500 dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience.
