    Description

    Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team.

    Reporting to our Head of Marketing as our Social Media Manager, you will build up the social media function, and champion the effective deployment of innovative social media strategies and tactics aligned to our commercial and marketing goals.

    We would like you to:


    •Build and nurture relationships – Connect with key platforms like Meta, Google (YouTube), LinkedIn and TikTok to foster strong relationships.


    •Collaborate with key stakeholders – Engage with key business partners, suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.


    •Pioneer new platforms – Lead the launch of new social media channels and expand our digital footprint.


    •Guide Content creation – Brief and work closely with our storytelling team to craft compelling content for multiple social media channels.


    •Innovate with testing – Develop and execute a social media test & learn program to enhance performance


    •Drive continuous improvement – Implement robust reporting and analysis to measure success, focusing on identify key insights to optimise the programme and deliver growth in performance


    •Oversee budgets and resources – manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise the impact of our social media function.

    We would like you to have:

    •Extensive experience in a Social Media marketing role, preferably within luxury or automotive sectors.

    •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders.

    •Strategic mindset and an ability to evidence experience running successful social media programmes.

    •Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

    •In-person 2nd stage interview with the Head of Marketing and a supporting senior manager.
