    Are you a Social Creative with a passion for style, e-commerce, and automotive? Want to learn in a fast-paced, friendly and proactive environment and work on one of the biggest automotive brands in the world?

    We're looking for someone who's keen to learn, grow and support our talented team in the day-to-day management of the brand's social channels. If you think that could be you, read on

    WHAT YOU DO

    • Work with one of the world's largest automotive brands, predominantly for their Lifestyle (fashion and merch) division.
    • Develop and implement effective social media creative with the overall marketing goals of the brand's global social media channels.
    • You craft compelling content while maintaining brand uniformity and messaging tone.
    • Work within a team, building content plans and proposals, delivering always-on content for the brand's official global social media channels.
    • You collaborate with the design team to create captivating visuals and videos that resonate with the audience.
    • Leverage and optimise existing content to make effective social posts and maximise their potential based on your social expertise.
    • You employ current trends to expand the organic reach of content and keep the brand relevant in the social sphere.
    • You understand the social community and their needs and translating that into creative ideas and executions.
    • Keep up-to-date on emerging trends and changes in social media with an active interest in the field.
    • Confidently lead the client through both your own and others' ideas and knowing how to sell in great creative.
    • You stay updated on emerging trends and changes in social media, demonstrating a keen interest in the field.
    • You support productions with pre-production organisation and concepting, onsite team briefings and oversight, and post-production editor briefings and oversight.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • You have a demonstrated professional background in social media, content creation or advertising, with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
    • A solid understanding of and keen interest in social media algorithms and analytics, trends, and best practice for global brands and how to interpret and translate data into effective, social-first implementations.
    • Experience in running social marketing for fashion and/or e-commerce brands (especially with social shopping integrated) is hugely advantageous for this role.
    • Experience in generating social ideas for brands (automotive experience is a plus).
    • You exhibit excellent written, spoken, and copywriting skills in English (proficiency in German is beneficial but not mandatory).
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and help brief other teams on concepts.
    • Robust organisational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail of their work.
    • A generally confident demeanour in virtual and real spaces when presenting and debating in front of teams and senior management.
    • Proficient at operating under pressure and achieving time-sensitive objectives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of who your audience is and tailor messages to meet its needs.
    • You are positive and proactive, with a drive to deliver best-in-class social media content and channel management.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are highly beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Available for international travel as and when needed to fulfil your role.
    • You have a genuine personal interest in fashion/retail and automotive, whether as a driver or a passenger, and possessing a driver's license is a plus.
