    Key Responsibilities

    This role will ensure every Account Executive and Account Manager has the skills/resources needed to perform at their highest level by enabling sales managers with the necessary tools and skills to lead high performance teams.

    The person will look after the development of sales training playbooks, GONG training library, new/existing rep sales coaching in conjunction with sales manager. This role will report to the Head of Sales Enablement, whilst also working closely with the product/marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging.

    Skills Knowledge and Expertise

    Initial Main job duties are below:

    #1 - Lead Sales Training for existing AE/AM team on new product and process rollouts:

    • WeTravel Sales Process
      • Provide supplemental resources for best practices outbound cold calling and email.
      • Objection Handling
    • Needs Assessment/Demo
      • Provide supplemental resources for best practices for in-depth and effective needs assessment and value based demo performance.
    • Feature rollout training - Cross functional collaboration with PM/CS/AM Team.

    #2 - Develop sales collateral in partnership with Sales management/PM/Marketing team:

    • Up-to-date resources in internal resource platforms
    • Playbooks
    • Competitor Battlecards
    • Gong library of best in class call recordings

    #3 - Coaching/Onboarding

    • Upskill and coach sales managers on most effective coaching techniques and processes for AE growth and performance
    • Lead onboarding for new hire Account Executives
    • Ongoing supplemental training and coaching for existing teams as needed (in conjunction with sales manager)
