This role will ensure every Account Executive and Account Manager has the skills/resources needed to perform at their highest level by enabling sales managers with the necessary tools and skills to lead high performance teams.
The person will look after the development of sales training playbooks, GONG training library, new/existing rep sales coaching in conjunction with sales manager. This role will report to the Head of Sales Enablement, whilst also working closely with the product/marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Initial Main job duties are below:
