    We are currently looking for a Global Commercial Product Manager – Key Projects to join us at our facility in Wellingborough, UK.

    The Global Product Manager – Key Projects, takes responsibility for leading a wide range of cross functional projects. They will work in close collaboration with major customers and other internal functions on a number of varied and complex projects including the development and management of a wide portfolio of products. They will ensure that the projects are successfully delivered by the deadlines agreed.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with key customers, sales leaders, technology, PSRC (product stewardship & regulatory) and supply chain to lead a wide range of key projects and ensure they are successfully delivered by the deadlines agreed.
  • Follow various internal processes such as StageGate and Management of change to manage the launch of new products or make changes to existing products.
  • Work closely with the Artwork & Packaging Design Co-ordinator to either create new artwork or manage any labelling changes to existing products, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Use internal master data and sales reports to analyse and track the sales and profitability of a product portfolio against an agreed set of targets and take actions as necessary to ensure they are achieved.
  • Project manage other projects that are not product specific. For example projects that are driven either by regulatory changes or changes in supply chain.
  • Regularly present product and project updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Work within agreed spend budgets.
  • Key requirements:

  • Previous Product or Project Management experience in either B2C or B2B business.
  • Ability to engage and lead others and manage complex projects.
  • Analytical and commercially driven with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a desire for excellence.
  • Ability to multi-task. Highly organised and reliable.
  • Able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure to achieve deadlines.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate, analytical and IT literate.
  • Degree qualified or higher in a relevant subject.
