    Team Assistant

    We are looking for a Team Assistant with experience in a similar role within a law firm environment. If you have what it takes, keep reading for the key responsibilities and requirements:

    Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:

    • High quality and accurate document production skills.
    • Arranging meetings and managing diaries.
    • Handling various tasks like typing, printing, scanning, and filing documents and emails.
    • Taking precise telephone messages when needed.
    • Creating draft reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Maintaining the filing system effectively and consistently.

    Team Assistant Key Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a Junior Secretary, Team Assistant, or Admin Assistant.
    • Work background in a law firm setting.
    • Strong secretarial skills with fast and accurate typing abilities.
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
    • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
