    Mbf are working with a national financial planning organisation in Bracknell to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.

    Our client has offices across the UK and a particularly strong presence in South West of England, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly & professional practice at an exciting stage of growth.

    The role will involve working closely with senior members of the team (who will provide ongoing training, support and guidance).

    You will work with both Paraplanners & Financial Planners on a daily basis and will be an integral part of the team.


    Duties will include:
    Maintain accurate client information on the internal back-office system
    Assist with onboarding new clients
    Liaise with third parties including providers to obtain information
    Prepare information for reports
    Work closely with Paraplanners & Financial Planners to ensure clients receive the highest level of service
    Be a main point of contact for clients queries
    This role would suit an individual with previous administration experience within a financial services organisation.

    Our client will consider individuals from any of the following areas:
    financial planning/wealth management, pensions, investments, mortgages, platforms or banking.
    You should have good problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of the industry as a whole.

    Our client is well known for providing comprehensive training & support, you can expect develop/expand your knowledge of the industry and will be supported for all market exams.

    This is a growing business and there is genuine opportunity to progress.
    They are offering an excellent over package:

    Basic salary to £30,000
