    We are seeking an enthusiastic CRM Campaign Manager to join our Brand and Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to drive performance-focused CRM campaigns for EON Next and Sainsbury's Energy brands. Your responsibilities will include defining business objectives, shaping CRM marketing strategies, and executing communication plans with creative assets via our in-house studio.

    About the Job and the Company:

    • Identify business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Define CRM campaign KPIs, marketing strategies, and communication plans
    • Leverage insights and data to create customer-centric strategies
    • Manage customer journeys across different channels
    • Coordinate with the creative team for campaign assets
    • Develop project timelines and obtain stakeholder approvals
    • Optimize email and SMS campaigns
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates
    • Ensure GDPR and ASA compliance in all campaign activities
    • Collaborate with the media team for paid media support
    • Optimize customer segmentation and creative elements for better conversion

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management
    • Prior experience in the energy category
    • Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset
    • Ability to work with automated marketing solutions
    • Experience in reporting on campaign performance and suggesting improvements
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Comfortable with changing priorities and fast-paced environments
    • Willingness to think innovatively and challenge the status quo
