    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Director to join our dynamic team.

    As the Sales and BD Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

    Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and maximizing sales potential.
    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
    Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
    Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the ATS or HR technology industry.
    Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
    Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
