    As the Hospitality Operations Manager, you will be a customer service professional at ISS, committed to delivering exceptional experiences.     Job Summary

    Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of hospitality catering, aligning with the growth plan, managing operations within budget, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Engaging customers, maximizing revenue opportunities, training a motivated team, and forecasting business areas are crucial tasks. Your goal is to lead with passion and excellence in hospitality.

    Main Duties

    • Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and fire regulations at all times
    • Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure team wears appropriate attire
    • Promote staff Health and Wellbeing
    • Act upon company and client contracts in the company's best interest
    • Provide financial and operational performance information when required
    • Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to company procedures

    Experience Needed

    • Prior experience in a corporate setting
    • Building strong customer relationships and offering customer-centric solutions
    • Understanding financial indicators and utilizing financial analysis for strategic decision-making
