    Our client is looking for a skilled professional to take on the important role of Complaints Resolution Manager. This position is essential in ensuring that Housing Association residents facing challenges receive the support they need. Your main goal will be to handle complaints effectively, rebuild trust, and uphold high standards of compliance and integrity.

    Join us as a Complaints Resolution Manager and:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing various needs through different channels.
    • Assist management in resolving escalated complaints and preparing detailed response letters.

    • Produce regular reports on stage 2 complaints and ombudsman cases.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to reputation, ensuring that lessons are captured, monitored, and addressed.
    • Act as a specialist in best practices for complaint management and regulatory conformity.

    Qualifications for the role:

    • Demonstrated experience in handling complex complaints and leading the resolution of critical escalated issues.
    • Advanced analytical abilities to spot trends and contribute to root cause analyses for escalated complaints.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and the capacity to ensure adherence to industry norms.

    • Location: West London & Flexible Working
    • Salary: £43,000 to £48,000 per year
