- Act as a specialist in best practices for complaint management and regulatory conformity.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex complaints and leading the resolution of critical escalated issues.
- Advanced analytical abilities to spot trends and contribute to root cause analyses for escalated complaints.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and the capacity to ensure adherence to industry norms.
- Outstanding communication and people skills to establish connections with customers.
