    Hours Per Week: 36

    Start Date: 03/06/2024

    End Date: 26/08/2024

    Our London Local Authority Client is looking for a savvy Complaints, FOI and SARs Manager in their Family Services team. This a challenging role in a fast paced environment that requires the successful Complaints Manager to manage a team and collaborate with senior managers on a regular basis. You must have experience dealing with and managing Children Act Complaints, Freedom Of Information Requests (FOIs) and Subject Access Requests (SARs).

    Please note that candidates who do not have experience of working within these areas for Children's Social Care will not be considered.

    Interviews are scheduled for 29th & 30th May

    Please note that the successful applicant will need:

    • 5 Years References
    • Enhanced DBS & barred list check (Child & Adult)
