    About the role

    .

    We are looking for a full-time Senior Pensions Administrator to our office based in Bedford. This role will cover responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day administration in relation to the service provided to members.

    Position is based in Bedford with hybrid working mode (4 days in the office, 1 day working for home per week max.).

    You will join a team of pensions professionals who always have a positive and can-do attitude no matter how challenging the task might be. Teamwork is the key; we enjoy supporting each other and collaborating. Our team communicates well and often, shares ideas, brainstorms together and always ask for feedback.

    What you will be doing:

  • Liaising pro-actively with other team members to ensure clarity and successful delivery of pension administration services
  • Ensuring compliance with best practice and legislation and provide support and information to Team Leader
  • Efficiently handling our correspondence, e-mail, and telephone enquiries from members and third parties
  • Maintaining and developing personal knowledge and skills relevant to the responsibilities of the role

    • Your profile:

    We are looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of our successful team. What we need from you:

  • Previous experience administering DB and DC schemes
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the pensions industry
  • Demonstrate ability to work accurately and to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills, ability to work independently when required and being an effective team player
  • IT literate and numerate
