- Produce deliverables that conform to all applicable industry engineering codes and standards as well as the client's policies and procedures relative to the equipment being specified. Sound knowledge of relevant commonly used codes therefore required.

- P rocess Engineering deliverables (P&IDs, PFD's Safety Device Calculations, Equipment Sizing, Hydraulic and Control valve sizing Calculations, Datasheets, Line Lists, Cause & Effects, Alarm & Trip, Control & Operating Philosophies, Process Reports and Basis of Design)
- Sizing and selection of Pressure Safety devices Relief Valves
- Specification and selection of Process instruments for Process operation and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF) is essential.
- P rocess equipment is essential and to be demonstrable. Typical equipment to be experienced within the role include Separators, pumps, heat exchangers, gas compression, vessels, tanks, chemical injection.
- Sa fety studies such as: HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and design safety reviews highly advantageous
- Process Simulation Software such as HYSYS and UNISIM. highly advantageous
