    Description

    Principales responsabilidades

    • Liderar el apoyo de campo para su región (UK/IR OR SEU OR MEU)
    • Apoyar a los jefes de proyecto en el seguimiento de incidentes graves y cuasi accidentes (sólo de gravedad A y B).
    • Estar en contacto con los equipos de aseguramiento y programa e identificar la necesidad de modificaciones de las normas y nuevos desarrollos para capturar los últimos requisitos y cualquier lección aprendida, según proceda, sobre la base de las visitas a las instalaciones.
    • Apoyar la creación de documentación de procesos para el sistema de gestión de la seguridad
    • Visitar las obras de los proyectos críticos (en función del volumen, el perfil de seguridad, las partes interesadas problemáticas o la solicitud de los responsables de la empresa) al menos dos veces durante su ciclo de vida, de acuerdo con el programa Safety Circles: una vez antes del inicio de las obras y otra antes de la entrega.
    • Preparar y presentar informes semanales y mensuales sobre los resultados en materia de seguridad según el turno.
    • Apoyar las solicitudes ad hoc para la recopilación de actualizaciones semanales, mensuales y trimestrales de los indicadores clave de rendimiento.
    • Informar a las partes interesadas internas y externas sobre los cambios en la normativa y las tendencias del sector que puedan influir en el programa de seguridad.
    • Apoyar a los jefes de obra y de proyecto a establecer y mantener relaciones de trabajo eficaces con promotores, contratistas generales y subcontratistas.
    • Llevar a cabo reuniones periódicas de seguridad con las partes interesadas regionales para garantizar el cumplimiento, evaluar el rendimiento, mejorar el cumplimiento de la formación, identificar acciones correctivas e implementar evaluaciones de seguimiento y apoyar la gestión de contratistas (contratistas generales, proveedores técnicos).
    • Participar en las Gembas de Liderazgo en Seguridad- al menos una por trimestre-Apoyar y fomentar la asistencia de los Jefes de Obra/Gestores de Proyecto de sus proyectos activos.
    • Profundizar en las tendencias de los datos cada trimestre y proponer mejoras para el siguiente trimestre.

    CUALIFICACIONES BÁSICAS

    • Titulación en Ingeniería, Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo o experiencia en un puesto similar.
    • Comprensión y aplicación práctica de las evaluaciones de riesgos.
    • Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de la seguridad en la construcción en grandes empresas con múltiples emplazamientos.
    • Experiencia en la interacción con equipos multidisciplinares.
    • Credibilidad y capacidad para implicar e influir eficazmente en otros líderes funcionales y sus equipos, con el fin de fomentar la aceptación de las estrategias y los procesos de cambio de la UE en materia de salud y seguridad.
    • Dominio de Microsoft Office y otras herramientas informáticas de apoyo a las actividades de ingeniería de sistemas y elaboración de informes y propuestas.
    • Conocimientos de gestión de proyectos
    • Titulación NEBOSH o equivalente.
    • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.

    CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS

    • Experiencia en la aplicación de los principios Lean y la mejora de procesos en un entorno operativo.
    • Experiencia interactuando con equipos multidisciplinares y gestionando proyectos con una supervisión mínima.
    • Se prefiere la certificación CMIOSH.
    • Alemán, francés, polaco, árabe se consideran cualificaciones preferidas
    • Conocimientos legales específicos de cada país, como alemán, italiano, español o francés.
