- Generate, source, and qualify leads through various prospective strategies, and effectively manage and convert them into new prospects.
- Successfully supply new prospects to internal and external commercial teams in line with company project processes and guidelines.
- Input leads into the CRM (Salesforce) and update all project tracking and data within the system.
- Support the external Sales team by building relationships with customers and following up on re-engaging warm leads.
- University degree or any equivalent relevant Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- People-orientated with a customer-first service mindset.
- Hyper-focused self-starter who excels when faced with challenges.
- Diligent and organized with the ability to prioritise own tasks and responsibilities.
