    The Sales Development Coordinator is an integral support for the greater Sales team in qualifying and building new connections with prospective clients.

    What you'll do:

  • Generate, source, and qualify leads through various prospective strategies, and effectively manage and convert them into new prospects.
  • Successfully supply new prospects to internal and external commercial teams in line with company project processes and guidelines.
  • Input leads into the CRM (Salesforce) and update all project tracking and data within the system.
  • Support the external Sales team by building relationships with customers and following up on re-engaging warm leads.
  • What you'll bring:

  • University degree or any equivalent relevant Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • People-orientated with a customer-first service mindset.
  • Hyper-focused self-starter who excels when faced with challenges.
  • Diligent and organized with the ability to prioritise own tasks and responsibilities.
