Description
We are currently recruiting for a mobility specialist dedicated to bringing the best user experience to their customers through innovation, service and technology. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do, and they don't settle for anything less than excellence.
As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field Sales Reps by responding to incoming enquiries from new customers and booking in appointments for the Field Sales Reps to visit the client.
Responsibilities:
·Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
·Accurately maintain the booking board system by accurately inputting appointments.
·Ensure all bookings are scheduled appropriately and efficiently to maximise utilisation of rep time and travel routes.
·Regularly update the booking board with any changes or cancellations.
·Communicate effectively with customers, telesales team and field sales reps regarding booking details, availability, and any special requests.
·Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding booking-related matters.
·Coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively and avoid scheduling conflicts.
·Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
·Maintain accurate records of all bookings on CRM system HubSpot, including client information, date/time and rep.
·Address client concerns or complaints regarding bookings promptly and professionally.
·Conduct courtesy calls to clients to confirm upcoming bookings and appointments, providing a professional service.
·Managing administration tasks between representatives and the sales team, including but not limited to hotel bookings, monthly mileage tracking, distribution of marketing materials, and inventory management of product stock on rep vans.
Key Skills:
·Previous experience in logistics and familiarity with UK geography are highly desired skills for this role.
·Previous experience in CRM systems such as HubSpot and/or diary management systems.
·Excellent organisational and time management skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, high pressure environment
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
