- Finance business partnering Category Director and Brand Managers
- Periodic analysis of brand performance, with clear and effective communication to SLT
- Provide challenge, understanding and insight to the short term forecasting process, as well as longer-term budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Evaluate and sign-off new and existing product development costings
- Monitor Marketing spend to ensure ROI
- Supporting Category teams on margin improvement opportunities
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Strong prior FMCG experience
- Proven self-starter that demonstrates curiosity and continuous drive to improve
- Ability to challenge and influence at all levels, utilising strong business partnering skills to build cross-functional relationships
- Excellent analysis skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates clear commercial nous and understanding of business drivers
- Confident Excel skills
