    Join Our Team: Sales and Growth Associate

    • Contract Type: Temporary (9-month contract)
    • Salary: £23,800 (pro-rata) + Commission based bonus
    • Location: London, Camden
    • Work Style: Hybrid 3 days in the office

    Our Solution: Tariff Tribe connects small businesses with suppliers for fair pricing and transparency.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Growth Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to sign up new users to our platform through various channels, including cold calling, attending community events, and speaking at business webinars.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage in cold calling to recruit new platform users. You should be personable, charismatic, convincing, and energetic.
    • Develop strategies to onboard large numbers of customers efficiently, leveraging your strong commercial instincts.
    • Write professional copy for emails to form partnerships and create compelling blog posts weekly that resonate with SMEs.
    • Document call outcomes and provide detailed feedback to the commercial director and product manager.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to engage and persuade potential clients through various outreach methods.
    • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail for documentation.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
