E-Commerce National Account Manager (Amazon Multi-Channel platforms)

Reporting in to Head of E Commerce I am looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to join the team of a leading Consumer Goods/ Lifestyle brand with exceptionally exciting growth plans
Within this role you will be supporting with identifying, quantifying and executing growth opportunities across Amazon markets for UK, EMEA / Australia and other multi-channel platforms.
Reporting in to Head of E Commerce as part of the E Commerce Team you will be supporting the accelerated growth of the Amazon & various other multi-channel platforms using your strong understanding of data insights, analysis and knowledge of platforms including vendor central.
Responsibilities:
Manage & develop Amazon platforms (both 1P & 3P)
Manage & develop selected multi-channel platforms in selected markets
Responsible for achieving accelerated growth & achieve KPI's and sku level margin
Maintain & develop product / ASIN IDQ
Make recommendations towards AMS/ DSP spend & strategy to optimise ROAS in each market.
Accurate forecasting to facilitate timely growth objectives.
Ongoing review & tracking of product organic search and ranking to ensure optimisation.
Approval of Invoices, Dispute management & tracking to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Additional responsibility: market data and insights monthly review and sharing of key insights as available.
You will bring with you:
Ideally 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience (ideally) across multiple markets
Ideally you will have experience of both 1P & 3P Amazon exposure & understanding (Vendor / Seller) - but can be open on this depending on experience.
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written & oral communication skills
Can do attitude with a strong desire to see successful projects through
