    Description

    As part of the expansion of our Professional consultancy department we are looking to appoint an Associate or an Associate Partner in our Rural Land Management department in Haywards Heath.

    This will include rural & agricultural consultancy, landlord and tenant matters, environmental stewardship and natural capital, valuations and compulsory purchase.

    As well as working on existing instructions, you will have an opportunity to identify, secure and deliver new business opportunities and develop new work streams as part of a supportive team network.

    We place a high emphasis on marketing, networking and winning new business. Training, mentoring and support in growing your skills within the role will be readily provided.

Our clients enjoy a truly bespoke service provided by our dedicated and highly experienced Partner-led teams. Based in our Haywards Heath office The Broadway, Haywards Heath, RH16 3AS).
    Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

    MRICS qualified with experience in the rural sector. Confident, resourceful and capable of building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients.
    An affinity with and knowledge of farming and the agricultural community is essential.
    Engage with landowners to identify and advise on Rural and environmental Grant schemes.
    Day to day work on Rural estates.
    Advising on farming and land management.
    Negotiating compulsory purchase claims and compensation.
    Renewable energy projects.
    Marketing, networking and winning new business.
    General knowledge and advice relating to the countryside and rural matters.
    Must have the permanent right to work in the U.Clean full driving licence.
    Use of a car.
