We've had strong growth and scaled from a start-up media team to a full-service agency, now with over 20 media specialists working ona stellar roster of brands both in the UK and international markets and collaborating with an array of agency talent in McCann Worldgroup and IPG.

You be responsible for the development of our product offering, analysing and recommending the technology and data partnersYou will be leading and collaborating with a range of talent, including strategy, digital media, creative, design and data specialists, alongside identifying and hiring experienced addressable content specialists aligned with growth.
Working alongside colleagues in the network to develop creative and design talents capabilities in addressable content.Leading the education and understanding both internally and with clients on the full potential of addressable content, you will also have a role in new business pitches for media, creative and integrated clients.
Established experienced in dynamic content strategy, business leadership and technology.Technical understanding of digital media ecosystems, including programmatic and paid social.
