    Executive Assistant to the Managing Director - United Kingdom - City of Shakopee, MN

    In this position you will be primarily responsible to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing and front office.

    This role requires the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency, while also providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

    In This Role,

    Your Responsibilities Will Be:
    Provide high-level administrative support to Site Director and leadership team as appropriate.
    Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations as directed by Site Director. Create, manage, and control Company KPIs and ensure that the management team and supporting organisation are delivering their goals.
    Coordinate on site meetings and office events, ensuring all logistics are arranged and materials are prepared in advance.

    Run & manage the Google, LinkedIn, and social media traffic, including driving business opportunities to sales and marketing and promote internal and external events to improve company engagement programs.

    Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

    For This Role,

    You Will Need:
    Extensive experience in a similar administrative role.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Proven ability to put together presentations is essential.

    Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to interact with employee, clients, and visitors in a courteous and respectful manner.
