    Description
    Vendor Category Expert - Radio-Ligand Therapy (RLT) - Sponsor dedicated
    If required, support contract negotiations.


    • Vendor service excellence at study level, ensures vendors meet quality and service level standards in their service delivery for the trial
    • Pro-actively creates and maintains vendor related risk maps with contingency plan for documentation in FIRST
    • Follow-up with countries and Hubs for their vendor-related risks and issues
    • Document issues identified with vendor oversight / performance in FIRST tool and implements and monitors corrective actions.
    • Drive root cause analysis of supplier performance issues and look for trending
    • Supports the implementation of standards, templates, tools, and processes for vendors for defined categories
    • Supports practice leaders in improvement projects and learning loops
    • Collaborate across TRD, SSO and VPG to provide data for vendor qualification efforts
    • In partnership with the vendor, develop site and monitor training material, and attend/support training if needed Qualifications:
    • Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
    • Organization - Planning, time management and prioritization skills.
    • Quality - Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Effective mentoring and training skills, fostering learning and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
    • IT skills - Good software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
