    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and execution of mixed-use housing developments.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes effectively.
    • Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • Extensive experience as a Development Manager within the housing sector.
    • 3 years' experience in development, cost management, commercial management, construction, risk management and strategic procurement.
    • Demonstrable success in delivering cross tenure development.
    • Project management experience in the delivery of planning and delivery of programmes of works.
    • Knowledge of development appraisals, valuations, development finance and investment
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience in the Housing and Development sector.
    • A relevant professional / management qualification in a relevant discipline.
    • Membership of a relevant professional body.
