Permanent 37.Are you an experienced Optical Assistant, Supervisor or Manager keen to stay in optics but yearning for something a little different with the added benefit of working Monday to Friday? This is not just another administration role, it's so much more than that.

This is an exciting, varied and evolving new role where you will also have the opportunity to engage and promoting our service in the local community.

This dynamic role includes tasks from direct customer care and appointment booking, overseeing spectacle orders from processing to delivery, and liaising with third parties to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Excellent PC skills are a must as you will be adding to our existing client databases regularly and ensuring patient files are up to date.

Our Warrington Home Visit Directors, Charlotte and Johnny, are very clear in their message to the market, and that is to attract, recruit, support and actively encourage staff to be their very best.
