    Our Marketing team in the UK are currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager to join the team. This role will be office based in Maidenhead.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    You will lead the development of marketing strategies, including brand development and work on implementing these strategies through campaigns.

    Key Accountabilities include:

  • You will define and develop marketing strategies to match the position of the brand in its life cycle and maximise potential.
  • Lead the portfolio assessment and implement agreed management plans flawlessly.
  • The brand manager will undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and monitor implementation.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the brand P & L including full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns within agreed spending limits.
  • Influencing in sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately.
  • Lead and co-ordinate brand team
  • Lead preparation of the strategic brand plan, update and long-range plan (LRP) in area of product responsibility.
  • Forecast demand to a high level of accuracy
  • Create and implement KOL and market development strategies
  • Assist in preparing Plan, LRP and Update
  • Develop brand strategies/campaigns observing all Abbott and Industry standards (i.e. ABPI Code of Practice).

    • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

    Required

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Marketing qualifications preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • Intermediate use of MS Office

    • Experience

  • Proven track record in relevant environment.
  • Relevant brand management or marketing experience and proven track record of success.
  • People management
  • Strong influencing and project management skills
  • Industry experience preferred
