    Description

    School Business Manager – Caistor and Grasby

    Grade: G Salary: £36,648 - £40,221 pro rata – equated pay, 30 hours per week plus 3 weeks non-term time (42 weeks).

    8.00 am – 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday, Permanent.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Have a positive and welcoming personality with the ability to communicate with children and adults alike.
    • Be conscientious, reliable, efficient, flexible, organised, and able to manage often changing priorities whilst meeting deadlines.
    • Have an attention to detail and pride in doing a great job in a professional manner.
    • Be able to work as part of a team.
    • Have knowledge of financial systems, accountancy experience and a good level of literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Have a SBM Qualification, Diploma in Management Studies or a NVQ4 or equivalent.
    • Have essential experience in financial administration.
    • Have good presentation skills, communication, inter-personal skills and ICT skills.
    • Experience with Health & Safety regulations.
    • Be able to work as part of a team and by their own initiative.
    • Be able to offer a confidential and efficient service.
