    Main Purpose of EA/Coordinator Role
    To provide comprehensive executive assistance and support to three Managing Partners within Pinnacle Wealth Management. To oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, facilities, information, and other resources.


    Salary Range
    £35,000 - £42,000 per annum.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Manage and prioritise internal and external demands to the Managing Partners.· Manage each Managing Partners tasks list ensuring timing completion and tracking of tasks.· Diary management and meetings management for each Managing Partner· Ensure the Managing Partners are fully prepared for meetings with all the necessary documentation and information.· Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day; actioning and responding to any client requests in a timely manner and prioritising inbox in accordance with requirements.· Plan and coordinate Managing Partner and Pinnacle Wide events.· Support the Director of Operations and Projects in ensuring the effective running of the Executive Support Function to the Managing Partners· Any other ad hoc requests the Managing Partner may want you to undertake. · Act as first point of contact; dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails for the Practice.· Manage visitor access and passes into the Pinnacle Office for all staff/visitors.· Manage the central room booking system for the Pinnacle office to ensure devices and technology are always operating as required.· Support the recording and logging of facilities matters relating to the Pinnacle / Canary Wharf Group office.· Monitor the inventory of office supplies and restock when required.· Book events, train, hotels, and reservations when required.· Organise gifts and sending cards when required.· Act as a Fire Marshall for the office (training to be provided) · Support the HR Associate with the recruitment process, booking interviews for candidates including updating the internal recruitment systems.

    • Support the HR Associate with the onboarding/offboarding process when required including IT set up and configuration.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    · Previous experience working as an EA/PA, minimum of two years at a Senior/Executive level.· Excellent communication skills; being discrete and professional in all communication.· Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong attention to detail· Ability to influence stakeholders.· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.· Highly motivated, with a great work ethic.· Accountable for own actions and willing to work at times in isolation and as part of a wider team.· Being agile and adaptable.· Committed to delivering first-class client service.· Emotional intelligence· Resilient We are here to bring focus back to what truly matters, and redefine the meaning of wealth.
