Description
The School of Commercial Industries and Access at Kingston College are seeking a Team Leader – someone to be responsible for curriculum standards and outcomes for programmes specifically in the Health & Active Living section.
The teaching commitment will be in the curriculum area of FE Health & Social Care, Sport or Public Services/Policing.As a Team Leader, we ask that you hold a degree or relevant professional qualifications in Health & Social Care, Sport or Public Services/Policing and have excellent teaching skills in one of these areas, recognised as a good or better teacher.
Hardworking and flexible, you will have experience of leading/managing FE & HE programmes and have a strong vision for the improvement and development of the curriculum area.
You should have a thorough understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes and how these can be used to enhance the student experience.
